30 minute walk to/from restaurant through heavy snow. Fun fun.
Shoveled porch, driveway, mine and neighbors sidewalks THREE TIMES :-D

Shoveling the in-laws shop and house, and brushing snow off cars and boats from 8:30 to 11:30AM or so. Lighter work until 6 PM.
Good work out for my arms and shoulders.

Picked the wrong time of the year to start a C25K. The roads are too icy....

tried to do the 90-30, couldn't. My knees are still not very strong so I just walked. I will do stationary bike to work on my knees. Edit: Oh nevermind, it's 60s jog - 90s walk. I could have done that! Tsk tsk tsk! |
Pull up challenge
Jan 11 - I've been jumping up to the bar and just holding as I can. Well, I can't, but I still do it anyway. Phew, my arms hurt now!
