- Almond butter chocolate truffles (chunky almond butter, melted chocolate)
- But if you must serve them at room temperature, then try these. Shouldn't need honey, dates are sweet enough.
- Strawberries, slivered almonds or macadamias, yogurt or whipped heavy cream.
- Coconut milk ice cream
- Raspberry cheesecake or lemon custard bites
- Strawberry-kiwi, pistachio, and yogurt parfait
- Boiled sweet chestnuts
- Bosc pear, chopped walnuts. Fry in butter and cinnamon (or clove)
- Flourless carrot cake
- Christmas walnut chocolate bark
- Walnut snowball cookies (haven't tried these yet, but I think they might work with nut flour of some sort)
I might use sprouted whole grains for special occasions, such as Christmas.
